Founder and Lead Investigator, Matthew Nobliski, retired after a distinguished 25-year career in law enforcement, serving communities throughout Central and West Michigan, with dedication, professionalism, and compassion. Throughout his career, he earned a reputation as a thorough investigator, trusted leader, and person of exceptional integrity.

Matthew's experience spans rural communities, urban environments, and regional task force operations, including service on a district-wide drug interdiction team. In 2019, he was promoted to Detective Sergeant, where he supervised investigations and led efforts to address complex criminal activity.

Over the course of his career, he conducted and managed a wide range of criminal and civil investigations, including theft, assault, narcotics offenses, criminal sexual conduct, traffic crashes, employee embezzlement, large scale corporate fraud, human trafficking, and homicide investigations. This extensive investigative background provides a unique perspective on identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and implementing practical security solutions.

In addition to his investigative work, his career experience has allowed him to train businesses, schools, and churches on security awareness, emergency preparedness, threat recognition, and response planning. Since 2012, he has served as the leader of his local church's security team, giving him firsthand understanding of the unique challenges churches face in balancing security, hospitality, and ministry.
